WEBMAIL SETUP

Replace the URL with your own domain name such as http://mail.yourcompany.com

You will see a screen requesting you to key in your User ID and Password.

Fill in the User ID as   admin@yourcompany.com

Fill in the password that we have given to you.

and click on the Login button.

click the button SETTING to go to the below screen.

To start creating new users click on "Users" option.

To add a new user click on the "NEW" button.

Fill in the new user's info as shown above. In this case we are creating a new user call roslan.

If you wish to control the Max Mailbox Size : You may key in the number of  bytes in this field.
(for example : To create a 3 MB limit, you have to key in as  3000000). Anything beyond 3 MB will be returned
to the sender). Leave it blank for Unlimited Mailbox Size.

If you wish to control the Max Num Messages : You may fill in the number of messages that this account can receive.
Leave it blank for Unlimited Number of messages.

Click on the "Save" button.

By now you have created a new user call roslan. His email address will be roslan@yourcompany.com.

If roslan wish to use the webmail service, he may go to :
http://mail.yourdomain.com , key in UserID as roslan@yourcompany.com   and his password to start
using the service.
