The customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that by initial and continued use of the services provided by Klhost Network Sdn Bhd, hereinafter referred to as Klhost.com", that he or she agrees to, and is bound by the Klhost.com Shared Web Hosting 30 Days Performance Guarantee.

The customer understands, acknowledges and agrees that KLhost.com may revise policies, agreements and notices at any time without notice and that he or she shall be bound by the policies, agreements and notices as currently posted on the KLhost.com web site which as a whole shall constitute Klhost.com's Acceptable Use And Service Agreement.

Each of Klhost.com's Shared Web Hosting plans carries a 30 days money back performance guarantee.

If within 30 days after signup for our services you decide that our hosting services do not live up to your expectations, we will refund you the hosting fees, excluding the domain reservation service fees (if applicable) Requests for cancellation of services and refund must be submitted in writing via either post or E-mail to refund at klhost and state the reason of the refund, and it must be received by us prior to the close of business on or before the 30th day of service and your account must be paid in full. Date of service begins on the day that your service was ordered.

No refund is available after the 30th day. This policy does not apply to any services or additional services not specifically mentioned herein.

This guarantee specifically excludes claims related to any other service offered by KLhost.com including, domain name registration, domain name renewal, services ordered through the KLhost.com reseller program.
